Arancino’s modern take on classic Italian dishes (which also use select imported ingredients from Italy as well) are one-on-kind creations—unique, flavorful and a dining delight. Menu highlights include Crostacei di Mare (Kona abalone, Moloka‘i ama-ebi, scallop, micro greens and herb oil) and Arancini (lightly fried risotto balls with foie gras white truffle Parmesan) for starter antipasti options. A pasta highlight is Spaghetti alla Carbonara, a deconstructed version of traditional carbonara featuring a poached egg, cheese, cream, pancetta and truffle butter over spaghetti. Bravo!
