Bali Steak & Seafood at Hilton Hawaiian Village recently renovated its interior and revamped its menu. With new executive chef Joseph “JJ” Reinhart (previous experience includes the Playboy Mansion, Ritz Carlton Marina del Ray and Morimoto Waikiki) at the helm and a new property-wide ideology called “island harvest cuisine,” the steak and seafood menu has been completely rebuilt. Partnering with local farmers and producers is a top priority, and incorporating those ingredients using the island flavors and culinary traditions of Indonesia and Hawai’i is the final result.
