Easy elegance abounds in spring accessories

Sandwiched between the austerity of winter and the carefree days of summer, the aesthetic of spring is a mix between prim and lighthearted. Just as the sun begins to peek over once-dreary landscapes and flowers begin to bloom, so do fresh color and floral-inspired accessories begin to emerge as antidotes to the passing drab season.

Timelessness is another springtime theme, honored by Easter, the Kentucky Derby and other classic traditions.

Spring 2010′s accessories list calls for big-statement necklaces and the classic wide-brimmed hat. These accessories create a vibe that is at once chic enough for the season, but enduring in elegance.
