In just its second year, the Hawai’i Food & Wine Festival expanded to a fourth signature event, all of which sold out. There was definitely something for foodies of every stripe, from the Halekulani Master Chefs Gala Series that featured chefs who’ve cooked for presidents and royalty, to the open-air From Farm to Table: A Makahiki Festival at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Enter the MODERN Dragon: Morimoto & Friends had a decidedly Asian flair and the finale event, Cuisines of the Stars at Ko Olina Resort and Aulani featured ethnic foods from around the world, using local produce and products.
