ABOUT THE SETTING
This issue’s women’s fashion feature was about transformation-changing into that beautiful ingénue that lives in every woman. So, what better place to indulge in a little fantasy than the Legends In Concert Waikiki Showroom? Here, guests are treated like rock stars as they sip cocktails and mingle with the likes of Elvis, Elton John, Michael Jackson and Madonna in the Green Room. It is on the stage, however, that the magic happens. As the tribute artists take to the stage, the audience is transported to another dimension, a world where the King of Rock and the Prince of Pop perform in the same venue as Lady Gaga and Madonna. The HILuxury team used a bit of that magic to follow our “Old Hollywood” starlet as she made her way around the showroom, dressed in the best of the season.
